Job Description:

- Perform via Indosat Cloud portal and escalate to Cloud Solution Architect
- Try out to make sure cloud services is configured as customer needs
- Troubleshooting incident related to portal configuration
- Analyse the performance of Indosat Information Technology services
- Collect detailed customer requirements in the data collection sheet

Experience & Qualifications:
    Male/Female, max 40 years old
    Diploma degree majoring in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication
    Having knowledge and experience with IT devices, network, and firewall
    Having knowledge about vitualization such as VMware and Hyper-V
    Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, target oriented, communicative
    English skills (writing and verbal)
