Currently our client a multinational operator company in Mining, Coal and Gas industry in Indonesia requires several positions for their project as below:
1. Construction Manager (Indonesian National)
2. Mining Production Manager (Indonesian National)
3. Gold General Manager (Indonesia National)
General Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in related education field
• Minimum 10 years experience with 3 years at the same position in Mining, Coal & Gas Company or similar industry
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Requirements for Gold General Manager:
• Must have previous experience in Gold Project Exploration and Production for Gold (not any other mineral)
• Must be able to recruit his own team members as needed (additional geologists, drillers, etc.). Currently there are about 15 staff members for the project.
• Must supervise Civil Construction, Exploration Drilling, Land Acquisition, Mining, Production, Environmental Licensing, etc
• Must work in the field when and as necessary to assist his junior geologists and other staff members
• Familiarity and experience with Gold Tailings is a plus since this is a project with both hard rock gold and gold tailings
• Live and work on site in Bengkulu, Sumatra (specifically in Lebong – a 5 hour drive from Bengkulu airport). There is an onsite office and “mess”, rooster 5 weeks on 2 weeks off.
